Rules on Confidential Information
Confidential information is deemed to be any document, data or information established as such by the Board of Directors and regulated by the Rules. The Rules on Confidential Information govern also other matters relevant to keeping a business secret. The shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, Managing Director, Exchange employees and other persons are obliged to keep a business secret if they are aware of it or if, in view of the nature of the said data, have to be aware that the data concerned are held as confidential.
